Goyen repair kits, K-series diaphragm kit part numbers
A Goyen valve almost never needs replacing as a whole. When cleaning pulses get weak or a valve leaks air continuously, the diaphragm and spring are worn and the matching K-series kit restores the valve. Kits are ordered by valve size and by diaphragm compound, which is why the part numbers look so similar.

How to select
Start from the valve size
The first two digits after the K follow the valve: K20xx for RCA20 (¾"), K25xx for RCA25 and CA25 (1"), K35xx for RCA35, K40xx for RCA40, K45xx for RCA45, K50xx for RCA50 and K76xx for RCA76.
Then choose the compound
Standard kits suit normal dry dust. Nitrile handles oil-bearing air, Viton is for high temperature and chemically aggressive service, Shockwave is the long-life compound for high pulse counts, and low-temperature kits are for cold outdoor installations.
Keep a shelf stock
Diaphragms are the only wearing part in the valve. Holding one kit per valve size on site turns a stopped filter into a fifteen-minute repair instead of a delivery lead time.
Frequently asked questions
Which repair kit fits my Goyen valve?
Match the kit to the valve size and the diaphragm compound: a 1" RCA25 in standard service takes K2500, the same valve in high-temperature service takes the Viton kit K2529. If you only have the valve code, send it to us and we confirm the kit.
How often should the diaphragm be replaced?
That depends on pulse frequency, air quality and temperature rather than on a fixed interval. Weak cleaning pulses, a valve that stays open, or a rising filter pressure drop are the practical signs the diaphragm is due.
Are aftermarket kits interchangeable with genuine kits?
They physically fit, but the compound and spring rate are what determine service life. We supply only genuine Goyen kits so that the valve keeps its original pulse characteristic and warranty position.
