Goyen bulkhead fittings and interface parts, BH part numbers
Bulkhead fittings carry the pulse air through the dust collector wall between the header tank and the blow tube. They are small parts, but the compression size and thread must match the valve exactly, so they are ordered by part number.

How to select
Match the valve size
BH25DD pairs with 25 mm (1") compression valves such as RCAC25DD4022, BH40DD with 40 mm (1½") valves. The DD suffix means the same compression connection as on the valve.
Replace the seals with the fitting
A bulkhead that whistles or bleeds air wastes compressed air continuously. Because the fitting is inexpensive, replacing it complete during a shutdown is usually cheaper than repeated leak hunting.

Do bulkhead fittings need to be the same brand as the valve?
The compression connection has to match the valve dimensionally. Using the genuine Goyen fitting guarantees that, and it also keeps the sealing behaviour predictable at 6 to 8 bar pulse pressure.
