Goyen RCA & RCAC pulse valves, part numbers and stock
Goyen RCA and RCAC diaphragm valves are the pulse valves that fire the cleaning shot in a pulse jet dust collector. The part number tells you the size, the connection type and the pilot arrangement, which is why buyers search for the exact code rather than a product name. Below are the Goyen valve part numbers we hold as an authorised distributor, with the full valve on one page.
Family: RCA / RCAC / CA (Goyen)
Part numbers
- RCA35T020: 1¼" threaded diaphragm valve, remote pilot
- RCA45T120: 1¾" threaded diaphragm valve, remote pilot
- RCA50T020: 2" threaded diaphragm valve, remote pilot
- RCAC20T4022: ¾" threaded valve with integral pilot, 220/240 V AC
- RCAC20T4122: ¾" threaded valve with integral pilot, alternative coil
- RCAC25T4022: 1" threaded valve with integral pilot
- RCAC25DD4022: 1" compression-fitting (DD) valve with integral pilot
- CA40MM010-301: 1½" CA series through-bulkhead (MM) valve
How to select
Read the part number
In RCAC25T4022 the 25 is the nominal size in millimetres (1"), the T is the threaded connection (DD is compression fitting, MM is a through-bulkhead body, FS is flanged), and the trailing digits identify the integral pilot and coil voltage. RCA without the second C means the valve is remote-piloted from a separate pilot solenoid enclosure.
RCA or RCAC
Choose RCAC when the solenoid sits directly on the valve. Choose RCA when the valves are fired from a 3-8V, RCA3PV or RCA5D1 pilot enclosure mounted away from the valve, which is the usual arrangement on hot or hard-to-reach filters.
Match the coil voltage
Coil voltage is fixed per part number, typically 24 V DC or 200/240 V AC 50/60 Hz. Mixing voltages is the most common cause of a valve that will not fire after a replacement, so confirm the code on the existing coil before ordering.
Frequently asked questions
Are these original Goyen valves?
Yes. VDC is an authorised distributor and strategic production partner for Pentair Goyen Mecair, so every valve ships as a genuine part with its serial and batch code, not a copy.
What is the difference between a Goyen valve and a Goyen pulse valve?
They are the same thing. Goyen's dust collector valves are diaphragm valves that release a short pulse of compressed air, so the market calls them pulse valves, diaphragm valves or cleaning valves interchangeably.
Can I replace only the diaphragm instead of the valve?
In most cases yes. A worn diaphragm or spring is repaired with the matching K-series kit, which is far cheaper than a new valve. See the Goyen repair kit family for the kit that belongs to your valve size.
Which countries do you supply?
VDC is the official Goyen Mecair distributor for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria, and ships header tank systems worldwide.
Read a Goyen valve code
Every RCA, RCAC and CA part number encodes the size, the connection and the pilot arrangement. Use this table to translate the code on your existing valve into the part number you need.
| Code element | Meaning | Example part number | Matching repair kit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | DN20, ¾" valve | RCAC20T4022 | K2000 |
| 25 | DN25, 1" valve | RCAC25T4022 | K2500 |
| 35 | DN35, 1¼" valve | RCA35T020 | K3500 |
| 40 | DN40, 1½" valve | CA40MM010-301 | K4000 |
| 45 | DN45, 1¾" valve | RCA45T120 | K4502 |
| 50 | DN50, 2" valve | RCA50T020 | K5004 |
| T | Threaded connection | RCAC25T4022 | As per valve size |
| DD | Compression fitting connection | RCAC25DD4022 | As per valve size |
| MM | Through-bulkhead body | CA40MM010-301 | As per valve size |
| RCAC | Integral pilot solenoid on the valve | RCAC20T4022 | K2000 |
| RCA | Remote pilot, fired from a pilot enclosure | RCA45T120 | K4502 |
