A Goyen pilot solenoid enclosure converts the low-power signal from a sequencer or PLC into the air pulse that opens a remote RCA diaphragm valve. How to select
Count the stations, not the valves
One station drives one RCA valve. An 8 station 3-8V8110 enclosure therefore serves eight valves; larger collectors use several enclosures wired to the same controller.
AC or DC
The last digits separate the coil supply: -330 and -331 are 200/240 V AC, -336 and -532 are 24 V DC. A 24 V DC enclosure is the usual choice when the outputs come straight from a PLC or safe extra-low-voltage cabinet.
Hazardous dust areas
The 3-8V8110 enclosures are supplied in a die-cast aluminium NEMA 4 / IP66 housing and are ATEX II 3GD and UKEX certified for Zone 22 dust atmospheres, so they can stay outdoors on the filter roof.

Is M1547 the same as 3-8V8110-330?
Yes. M1547 is the legacy Goyen code for the 200/240 V AC 8 station pilot solenoid enclosure now sold as 3-8V8110-330. M1546 is the same enclosure in 24 V DC, now 3-8V8110-336.
Can I replace an old enclosure without changing the piping?
Yes, when you order the same part number and voltage. The mounting, air connections and station count are unchanged, so it is a direct swap with no rewiring or repiping.
