The VDC ALU TANK is a custom-built aluminium header tank for pulse-jet dust collector filters. Every tank is produced in Belgium from a single extruded EN AW 6061-T6 profile, which removes longitudinal welds and gives a light, corrosion resistant and dimensionally stable vessel, designed and built to PED 2014/68/EU and supplied with a test certificate.

- Configuration A: threaded stub pipes, outlets 3/4 inch, 1 inch and 1.5 inch, tank diameter 171,5 mm
- Configuration B: dresser nut connection, outlets 3/4 inch, 1 inch and 1.5 inch
- Configuration C: full immersion valves, inner diameter 154 mm, 1 inch and 1.5 inch valves
- Configuration D: Goyen flanged valves RCA20FS, RCA25FS and RCA45FS

How to order
A single part number describes the complete tank, for example A6-C-N-08-N12-P180-V2: profile, configuration, diaphragm material, valve size, number of valves, pitch in mm and pilot voltage. Voltage options V1 to V5 cover the common AC and DC coils, and the suffix -X selects an ATEX pilot version.
Certifications and compliance
The ALU TANK is built on the same certified VDC production platform as our steel Mecair header tanks. Every unit can be delivered with the certification package your project requires, including PED 2014/68/EU under our Module H certification by Vinçotte nv (0026), JIS inspection and ATEX pilot solenoids per ATEX 2014/34/EU.
