Mecair sequencers and timer boards, SB, DS and ECS part numbers
The sequencer decides when each pulse valve fires. Mecair boards are ordered by number of outputs, supply voltage and coil type, and the on-demand ECS controller adds differential-pressure control so the filter only cleans when it needs to.

How to select
Outputs must cover every valve
One output fires one valve or one pilot station. Count the valves on the collector first: 3 and 4 output SB boards suit small filters, the 12 output DS boards suit a full baghouse.
Supply voltage and coil voltage are two different things
In DS-ACDC12-PCA the first pair is the board supply, alternating current, and the second pair is the coil output, direct current. DS-ACAC12-PCA drives AC coils. Order the combination that matches the pilots already on the filter.
Timed or on demand
SB and DS boards clean on a fixed cycle. The ECS controller measures the differential pressure across the filter and only pulses when the pressure drop calls for it, which lowers compressed-air consumption and extends bag life.
Frequently asked questions
Can I replace only the board instead of the whole controller?
Yes. The PCA boards are supplied as loose printed circuit assemblies, so a failed board can be swapped inside the existing enclosure.
What does on-demand cleaning save?
It pulses only when the differential pressure rises above the set point instead of on every cycle, so fewer pulses, less compressed air and less mechanical wear on the filter media. The exact saving depends on your dust load.
Sequencer selection
Choose by the number of valves to drive, the supply available in the cabinet and the coil type. Supply voltage and coil voltage are separate specifications.
